“Poor customer relations”

I am having difficulty repaying my loan due to financial difficulty I contacted them and explained and was given several options but they demanded a debit card number off of me in order to do Amy of these options. My fear is they will try and take money off the card without my say so leaving me in yet more money trouble! There customer service team are US based and they cOntinue to use American slang which I don't understand and huff and puff when u ask them what that means! Am now being harnessed by company with phone calls on mobile, home phone and even work phone:(
