“Stay AWAY!”

DO NOT apply for a loan with this company! The money was transferred quickly customer services very helpful. Want to pay your loan off forget it! There was a problem with them taking my first repayment as my salary is paid in around 11am, the woman I spoke with brilliant - it all went down hill rapidly from there! She removed the £12 charge as I should not have been charged as funds were availible, she then said she would move all payments to the day after my payday so they wouldn't have this problem again - brilliant! No this can't be done, which is fine but they then decided to add the payment to the end of my loan, several phone calls later to say I don't want to miss a payment but NO this can't be changed back. So extra interest added. We are now in a position to pay loan in full, several phone call's later finally get a settlement figure and give my husbands debit card details to pay the loan in full - simple or so you'd think. This was on Sunday payment would be processed on Monday received email to say payment being processed then nothing. Kept checking account payment still not showing, rang them on Wednesday payment not processed when I asked why they didn't know could have declined or not been processed, but to repay the loan more interest added, asked to speak to manager not able to do so when I stated I needed to know why payment hadn't been taken so that it could be paid at Sunday's rate and not todays as the funds were availible, the person could then speak with a manager - but I still couldn't. Finally paymet processed at no extra charge to me - they told me it was up to me to check the account, to which I replied thats what I've been doing hence the reason why I called! Asked to have my account closed, was told this is not possible due to Data Protection, I advised them I knew the Data Protection Act very well and legally they only have to keep my details on file for six years and I do not have to keep the account active, the agent hung up the phone! So all in all good if you don't have any problems or want to repay early!
