Bought a necklace via living social deals. Necklace never came, number does not work, do not use

I have been waiting since June for my necklace.... Sent emails no response at all

I purchased a necklace for my daughter in June 2014. I hAve sent countless emails and phonecalls to them. I purchased this from Wowcher. I must admit they are now acting on my behalf. Lesson learned if it is a great deal there must be something wrong with them.

Item didn't arrive. No response to emails or phone calls. Still haven't had a refund from June! Should be closed down.

I would not use this company again, I waited weeks for my item to arrive and missed giving the gift for my sisters actual birthday!! They ignored my emails and never even sent an apology I recommend you keep well clear of them!

Goods are not sent when ordered and when contacted do not respond. Don't bother is my recommendation. Would not recommend the company to anyone. They don't deserve the business.

As with everyone else didnt recieve my triple necklace and they dont reply to emails. Wowcher. Are a jjoke too. There must be some organisations that will get involved.

I placed my order for a personalised necklace back on 26th May and I still haven't received my item. After numerous attempts to contact the company which is very difficult without a telephone number, my emails have all been ignored and it looks like I'm not the only one looking at previous reviews. I have asked for a refund on the p&p and tried to cancel the order but as I can't get hold of anyone my requests have been ignored. I'm disgusted with this service as it seems like they get people to spend a lot of money on a special piece of jewellery to only really take from money customers. They play on people's emotions and if I ran a business like this I would have gone bust a long time ago. Spend your money elsewhere. Read the reviews about the poor customer device because they are factual. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered a Triple Ring Personalised Necklace in May - eventually, after waiting weeks and weeks and emailing eLondon Diamonds numerous times received the necklace, however when it arrived all three names on this necklace were incorrect. Have tried contacting them direct without success as their mailbox is always full - i have again emailed - still no response and still waiting for my necklace! not impressed with any of it.

I ordered a product from this company back on May 15th. They promised 10 working days. I waited and waited and it is absolutely impossible to contact them. I popped online to research them and read all the reviews and was absolutely petrified!! I did finally get my necklace however, just last week. Better late than never. It can in a signed for delivery but in a teeny tiny envelope so easy to miss at home if somebody else picks it up!! The necklace was not exactly the same, smaller and daintier and rather elegant. I would not recommend for somebody that needs it by a certain date however!!

I ordered two of these necklaces as gifts but sadly neither came in time for the birthdays I had ordered them for. On contacting eLondondiamonds by email in relation to my orders they were most unhelpful throughout - I was unable to speak to a human being over the telephone. When the first necklace did arrive they couldn't even spell June correctly! I have since sent both necklaces back to them. They did not appear as advertised, the picture in the advert was very misleading, when the necklaces arrived they were like pieces of tin can and I most definitely would not have given these as gifts, I would have been embarrased. I am still awaiting refunds and sadly do not think these will be coming any time soon as eLondondiamonds are ignoring both my emails and those of Wowcher on my behalf.

I have been waiting ages for this necklace for my sister who has just recovered from cancer with her and my niece and nephews names on it. now i have just realized that living social has reimbursed the £12 into my account but I havent recieved my payment from paying delivery for something that hasnt came and had no intension of coming in thye first place.

Any customer who got nothing!

I also brought the wowcher deal for the three ring necklace. After ordering this in mid may, it FINALLY turned up today and sadly, it is not worth the wait. Rings are tiny and it doesn't look like the picture that was on wowcher when the deal was advertised. There were options when placing the order but surely the picture should match the actual deal? Seems a bit misleading and false advertising of the product. Communication is non existent for this company. I have sent numerous e mails to elondon diamonds, none of which have had a reply. Ringing always takes you to a full mail box. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the product, if I had been communicated with regarding the delay. Long and short, I wouldn't recommend the company at all and feel disappointed by wowcher because this deal has been advertised before. I am surprised they would want to be associated with such a joke if a company.

In May 2014 I bought x2 vouchers from Living Social for the triple necklace. I placed the order on the same day (one for me and the other a friend)and spent an additional £10 on postage. I am still waiting for the items to arrive. Living Social has since refunded the money spent on the vouchers BUT eLondon Diamonds are still better off £10 as they are not returning my emails or Tweets asking for the postage to be refunded. I have tried to call them today but funnily enough they did not answer and their answer machine inbox is 'Full' - so I could not leave a message. This sounds like it is probably worth investigating by Watchdog!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ELONDON DIAMONDS.

I purchased 2 of these deals (triple ring silver necklace) from Wowcher back in May. Still waiting for any items to arrive!! Emailed many many times with no reply - even via the website, and when you call message goes to full answer bank - no representative EVER picks up!! Have contacted Wowcher for advice, as was appalled by all the negative feedback I have since seen about eLondon and equivalent deals. Why on earth do these companies contiue to deal with eLondon when they appear to have such a bad reputation?!?! Steer clear - wish I'd read more about the reviews beforehand :-(((
