“Flawed watch”

Brought watch about 2 months ago, Lovely condition. BUT this watch has been inaccurate from the go losing anything from 8 to 10 secs a day which I don't expect from a JLC.
Send watch back to watchfinder and the sent back saying it had been checked and regulated. The wtach is still the same!
It probably needs adjusting properly, balance wheel etc but I don't think they are capable as it was not corrected last time.
Overall not happy. They also state on the web site that the check for accuracy etc!
