I had no issues during my initial purchase, the service was efficient and I was kept up to date via e-mail while the ring I purchased was being certified at the Assay Office.
Recently the diamond became loose (it could be rotated, not actually coming out), a short e-mail to Diamond Manufacturers and I was instructed to return the ring to them, which I did. They kept me up to date via e-mail a number of times and I had a couple of voicemails explaining where I was in the process. The ring was then returned to me via insured delivery, it took less than a week to get the ring back and it came back cleaned and polished and it looks like new!
In short, if you dont buy jewellery from these guys for the initial buying experience, buy it for the after sales service and support. I cant imagine a high street store would give as much care and attention to each customer as these guys did.
