I ordered a wedding ring set and have been very pleased with the service received, delivery was quick & the quality of the rings is very high. I initially had to return one of the rings as we found it was too big but the exchange/returns process was very easy, a freepost returns sticker was enclosed with the rings so I used this to return them for an exchange of size; I posted the rings on the Saturday & had the new size delivered the following Wednesday. I bought my wedding band from UK Titanium jewellery. The ring is exactly as described online; the size was right first time but even if it is not I am really impressed with the freepost envelope for free return to try different size. I haven't worn the ring for any great period of time yet however it seems comfotable and robust. Would recommend to a friend especially for men's rings as titanium is light and durable. (read more)

I was a pleasure dealing with this company. If I'm honest I was quite nervous dealing with a company that had very little external reviews (appart from their own website). But I'm glad to say that they are a professional company. They have a great range to pick from and even though I went to 3 jewelers and got my wedding finger measured the size I requested was too big. Their return service is brilliant.
