I ordered an item through their ebay store and it clearly showed they had stock.
Afer a week of waiting I contacted them to be told the item wasn't in stock, and had been ordered direct from the manufacturer. I was told I had been told about this even though I hadn't. No email, no message on ebay.
A week later, the item still isn't here. The customer service have offered the little in the way of advice and feedback suggests they often sell products they don't actually have in stock.
Ordered as a Christmas present but have no hope it will arrive before this or next Christmas. Leaves me having to pay out for another item from someone who knows what they are doing.
Great looking website, rubbish at their job.
