Bought a ring from which a small diamond fell out after c1 year. Returned it for repair/replacement. Was charged £280 for a repair. 3 months later there was no news - when pushed they said they were struggling to find a diamond that matched. Eventually we asked for a refund of the repair fee and for the faulty ring to be returned so that we could take it to a proper jeweler. Today it arrived back with TWO diamonds missing. When we called to complain they blamed Parcelforce saying that they must have 'banged it around'.
Absolutely disgraceful business - we recommend you do NOT buy from TheDiamondStore.
