Bought Christmas presents from them at the end of November. One arrived perfectly and in good time, the other has caused no end of nightmares. I wanted to return and exchange an item... This took over 3 weeks to organise and resulted in me purchasing a second locket in order to sort my presents out. I was promised a refund that I still haven't received and hilariously was sent a second locket completely free of charge!! How this company functions is beyond me!!
