Best price & service at Reve Diamonds

I knew I wanted to propose to my partner but aside from that knew nothing about the world of diamonds...I also was looking for a bargain

I trawled the high streets and was given good service and lots of coffee but I just couldn't find the "one", in the same way I have with my partner. She would have loved to help but was determined to keep the element of surprise!
