This isn't 12 mm but 11 mm, clearly And, clearly, with my finger pad able to make the stone dead matte, this is very easily softer than 2.5 on Mohs scale. Not howlite, at all!

I made a large purchase, when I received it, lots of items were missing/faulty. the staff claim the products are not faulty, they have asked me to repair the items and will not refund. I have had to score 1 star as it will not let me score 0
