I ordered a watch online, after various email tennis with the customer service department with differing statements of " due soon" "we are hoping it will be delivered shortly" " we expect a consignment this week" over a 3 week period, i eventually received an email stating the watch was now a discontinued model. After just being fed up with shoddy service and false promises, I just asked for my money to be returned, I am still waiting 4 weeks on. If I knew an organisation I could complain to I most definitely would. Nigel Oharas Jewellers is without doubt the shoddiest poorest backstreet online shop anywhere bar none. Trust me, go elsewhere!!!!

Thank you for the advice. I have emailed NI trading standards, and am awaiting a response. needless to say....still no refund from nigel Oharas!
