99% of their answers are automatic responses with 0 information about time of delievery or any other information. Take the money instantly and after more than 1 month still no information about the delievery.

Hello again, First of all, you never told me date of delievery (even estimated). Can you show me proves that you really make the order? (corresponance with the manufacturer, tracking ID of you order). I don't like you way to treat me because i've ordered the watch with discount. What is the difference if anyway, i don't have the watch and i don't have my money as well. I don't have any information about all the operation (no proves of anything), only generic answers. You told me several times next week, next week, and the watch never came. I have only 2 things sure, I don't have the watch and don't have my money for 1 month and 3 days Now i expect the same answer as all, next week, we will send you the item with high priority, same as all our comunication.

So, what you said in your previous messages that the watch is in transit is not true? As you are telling me now that this is issue with the manufacturer what mean that you even didn't order it from there? If you ordered it, you should get tracking ID Where are the watch?

I don't know if this watch is coming from the Moon or from where to take 1 month to arrive to you. It's very possible to be already old model retro watch when arrive to me. If i don't receive it till 31 of July, i'm gonna start chargeback process. Hi, I see that my ticket has been transfered and now is a new one. Can you please check my previous correspondences and put it in my place. I have no information at all about my purchase. I understand your policies but I even didn't have an estimate time for the delivery. Finally I,ve got some answer to wait two weeks which passed already. I really want that watch, but after almost a month without any information about the purchase and only receiving answers that you will inform me when the item will be dispatched is not satisfactory for me and didn't gave me the security that I will receive the watch and my money is saved. So please, be specific with you answers and at least give me an estimate time for delivery. I made the purchase on 27th of June, so near a month without even estimate time, this is not correct from you part. As far as you know, I have 45 days to open a dispute in Paypal and claim my money back. Now after all the patience I have and your multiple general answers without any specific information, you just stop responding. Thank you for your email. It was specified at time of purchase that this item was ordered in specifically for you and time scales can vary. We would expect your order to be completed within 1-2 weeks and we will keep you update on any changes in lead time. The money is debited from your account once the order is placed after instruction from our bank. Due to the nature of our business and the fact we deal with many high value items, we had found that taking payment for these items upon dispatch could often lead to problems with previous orders, whereby the funds were no longer available to pay for the item. As a result, payment is taken upon receipt of the order as this has helped reduce fraudulent claims.

My story is much the same as your I ordered on 2nd May emails were pretty much identical to yours. I cancelled 7 weeks later they promised a refund 5- 7 days but did advise in busy periods could take a maximum of 28 days. (Guess with this history all periods are busy for refunds) Any way after 40 days (29th July) of much the same emails and none committal answers I took a much harder approach using 2 separate routes, now 3 days later I had a call directly from Nigel O'Hara Jewellers informing me that my payment was being made today and should be cleared funds within 48 hours. They did also point out that they are not in control of my Bank and that they may take longer to credit my account.
