Purchased a Bulova mens watch. Great service. They matched an online price from another alternative retailer. Great delivery.
2 issues although not major. 1 - I measured my wrist and sent in the measurement for free bracelet adjustment. When the watch arrived 2 links were removed but I could drive a train through the gap !. So I had to visit a local jewellers & pay to get the adjustment made. 2 - there were free cuff links with the order as a promotion. They didn't come with the watch. Not sure if they will turn up...not bothered as they were free.
Minor issues but for me the saving was the most important. £200 less than list and price matched with a further £5 reduction. Couldn't ask for more!
