Has anyone ever successfully won legal action over this business? I've been to police and am about to go to seek legal advice as it's 3 months I've been fobbed off regarding my refund. Has anyone even ever had a refund and how did you get it?

Hi...I paid for my watch from them with a credit card and they never sent the watch as they said they couldn't source it...I gave up trying to get them to refund my money as they kept promising to then never did it...eventually after 30 days my credit card company paid the money back to me as I'd never recieved any goods.

I've finally got my money after opening a dispute with PayPal and contacting the police. I URGE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE AND IF YOURE WAITING FOR REFUND CONTACT POLICE AND YOUR BANK/creditcard or PAYPAL TO OPEN A DISPUTE.

Review Centre contacted me regarding your question. I managed to get a refund from Nigel O'Hara - eventually. It took a few telephone calls as they just ignore emails. They also promised to refund my postage which they didn't do. This was over a year ago and I won't be purchasing from them again

I'm still waiting. I've had lots of email promises and a phone call promise but no cash 1 month later. When i bought the watch they whipped the money out same day. Shame the delivery and refund for non delivery isn't as quick.

Yes I received a refund on my card. They had taken the money and failed to ship the items that were claimed to be in stock. This delayed several times until I called them and cancelled the order. I threatened to go direct to my Master Card provider, so they refunded, but they were clearly not altogether because I later received an email that they were expecting to be able to ship the watches. (This didn't happen anyway) I then used First Class Watches with great service.

No, I havent. I eventually resorted to my credit card company when it was clear I wasn't going to get a refund anytime soon.

Unfortunately not. I had to go through PayPal whom I paid with after Nigel O'Hara kept me waiting over their max refund time of 28 day's. I'm currently still waiting for an item I made on a seperate order at the same time too. Not good at all in this instance.
