This website sells Pandora compatble beads and jewelery.The customer service is horrible to say the least.I actually do not even beleive that they are a legite online retailer. I highly doubt that I will receive my order. I was supposed to get a tracking number for my order but 15 days later I still have not been given a tracking number. I tried to email customer service with the supplied email address which by the way is not a valid email address. I keep going back to the website to try to... (read more)

I had just received my order today...so I now know that they are a real online retailer. The items received were nice. The beads are actually Pandora...as they are stamped with the Pandora trademark. The charms however are not authentic Pandora as they do not screw on. I still stand behind my remarks about the customer service...it did totally suck. Not sure if I will reorder anything else...if I do it will be the beads as they are authentic Pandora
