I ordered a diamond bracelet for my Wife on our 60th anniversary
Suffering from arthritis and Parkinson's, my Wife managed to break the bracelet on taking out the box.
Lloyds were excellent in their concern and dealing with our problem, they replaced the bracelet at no cost other than the postage
Absolute full marks for customer service!!!
