i found the website very easy to navigate and straight forward to place an order. the only downside was that it stated 1-3 days for delivery. It didnt say that the item i wanted was out of stock and had to be ordered from the supplier. it was to arrive two weeks later.....too late for my daughters birthday. They did, however email to say this but i dont always get to check emails regularly. Once it arrived i was very impressed.I would recommend Joshua James to my friends and will more than likely look at ordering from them again,especially as delivery is free!
