“Clasp not ideal”

I bought this bracelet for my daughter as a birthday present and although she loved the bracelet she mentioned that at times the clasp seemed to come loose when she wore it the first time.
However before she had time to do something about this (i.e. have a safety catch fitted) she wore it again after only having it a week and it fell off while she was out.
I was extremely upset over this but what can I do?

I am very pleased to say this matter has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Jewellers Ark have replaced this bracelet for me as a gesture of goodwill. I have, on their recommendation, had a safety chain fitted to this bracelet by them.
