“beware!!”

I purchased 2 items from this store after seeing them on the newsletter they send.me. anyway i was told a shipping number would be provided when the items were dispatched. that was over a month ago and i have no shipping number and no items despite payment taken from my paypal account. i have sent countless emails to which i have had no reply and am not able to login to my account despite having the correct details. tried the forgot password option to reset and even the reset emails are not sent. i now seem to have lost £35 and dont reckon the items will turn up.the cheeky company are still sending me newsletters everyday and claiming orders are sent out asap. dont buy from these people!!!!

I purchased 2 bracelets and a set from this website . The jewellery arrived and it was presented nicely and looked as nice as the website . Part of my order was missing however I emailed customer services of whom emailed me back instantly , I have been sent another bracelet and apologies were made . To me this is great service and the products look amazing too ...

“Beware Illuminate Jewels Spam”

Whatever you do, avoid giving this company your email address. I made this mistake when I purchased an item (vastly over-priced, but that is another issue). Since then, I have been bombarded with emails from them. Every day I block them by marking them as junk, but this company just generate more new email addresses. It's driving me mad, the amount of time I have to waste deleting them. It says a lot about this company that they have to resort to these kind of tactics to try and sell their product. In fact, they probably haven't realised that it has exactly the opposite effect - I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

“Not worth the money”

Purchased a tennis bracelet through a WOWCHER deal For my nieces 21st birthday this took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive this was damaged No return address no telephone number. Sent over 20 emails and no reply. This must be one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune dealing with. All I can say is lesson learned. If there was a minus star they would have 10.

“IllumiNASTY Jewels”

I puchased a Wowcher for a tennis bracelet supposedly worth £60 as a present from the kids, to my wife ,for mothers day. It was advertised under a Mothers day promotion. I waited until 3 weeks after Mothers day for it to arrive and when it did it was cheap and nasty. I was embarrased to give it to my wife. I tried to contact customer services but to no avail. I would encourage you not to use this company under any circumstances. They also charged me £4.95 for postage TWICE for an item that would cost around £1 to post.

The same thing has happened to me with my tennis braclet only arriving yesterday. On opening it I found it was broken so I take it I too am going to have to pay twice for postage to return this very disappointing item.

I have had problems too with the same offer.

I ordered 2 bracelets but website only let me enter 1 code. They quickly emailed me to ask if I had a 2nd code but then have ignored all correspondence from me. I have only received 1 bracelet & all my efforts to contact them have gone unanswered. I cannot find a contact telephone number & emails are being ignored. Have also tried through Wowcher but still no joy.

“WORST COMPANY EVER”

Having purchased a wowcher offer, I redeemed my code and paid for delivery on the date. 2 weeks on and the item has not arrived. I have emailed and emailed and emailed with no response (do not think they look at these). I have read many other reviews and came across a facebook review on their page of people moaning about their services. AVOID at all costs. I have now had to contact wowcher to make a complaint against the merchant for their failure to comply with the transaction and wait for their comments. I would not recommend anyone buy from this company or partake in any of the offers given their inability to respond to customers. There is no contact number or any information on how to contact the company except via email which you get no response to.

“Pure waste of money!!! ”

I purchased two vouchers from woucher.com for cufflinks that Iluminata Should deliver for me. First I could use only one of the vouchers as the second one was invalid and second after I received one of the orders after 3 weeks waiting the cufflinks were the wrong colour, The stones on the cufflinks are asymmetrically positioned and the surface of the cufflinks is covered in some little bubbles that make them look like something bought from the market. I tried to contact the customer services several times but no one bothered to contact me back! I am still waiting for Iluminata's customer services to contact me back but dont really believe this will ever happen. In meantime I've contacted Trading Standards and hoping they will help me get my money back!

“Wheres my order?”

I would not recommend purchasing from this store at all!! I ordered a mothers day present from here, i found the item that i wanted to order actually in the mothers day promotion area presuming that by doing this and paying the charge of £4.95 postage for priority royal mail that would be here on time. The item was one of two which i ordered on the same day under different order numbers. Sure enough the following day one item was dispatched, yet the other was still processing!! How do they manage this? Then again the next day it was still processing and the next! Now with one day to go my item has still not been shipped!! When two orders are placed back to back for the same person on the same day how can one be acknowledged and the other not? Then to top it right off thier customer service is probably the poorest i have ever come across! No contact number just a email address which dont seem to like replying to! Disgusting!

Hello, I agree with you - my order has not arrived despite emails and it is not possible to track through the Royal Mail website. I, like you, have just received 'tickets'. I have complained to Wowcher and amd waiting for their comments......

I am in the same position. I believe this to be a joke of a company who is in the business of taking peoples money by deceit. I am in the process of contacting them, I have spoken to Royal Mail who have no record of the shipment number I was provided by this company, and I am also waiting for my second order to be dispatched. I have contacted wowcher, also to no avail. I intend on reclaiming my money via the customer complaints legal avenues, as this rubbish is unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with - to the point where I have had to refer them to citizens advice bureau. Abysmal service and don't bother emailing them as they don't respond to any queries.

Placed an order with this company using Wowcher. Had to wait well over a onto for delivery and eventually relieved the wrong bloody items!! No contact phone number and the customer service don't bother to respond to emails even if you raise 100 tickets. Absolute waste of time and money. No return labels included in packet so can't even return the useless unwanted items. Absolute junk and worst company I have ever dealt with.

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

***BE WARNED*** THERE IS NO GEOGRAPHICAL ADDRESS ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE AND THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER, WHICH IS IN BREACH OF THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (2000). I would give zero stars, to be honest and I wish I had researched before I ordered. I ordered for a Christmas present for my wife. Maybe when something looks as good an offer as it did (but not too good to be true), the alarm bells should start ringing? I found a nice, plated bangle with Swarvoski crystals for under £50, but as it was plated, I thought it would be OK. Why not? Because I ordered at the end of November and have not received anything. As you all say, the customer "service" is non-existent. I have sent several E-mails and made contact directly through the website, using the customer "services" form, but still they do nothing. I have received a couple of automated replies, but even they have stopped talking to me now!! I have spoken with the bank and another 'get around' they have used, other than no geographical address, is that so long as they don't state delivery time on the confirmation mail, then they are not in breach as far as the banks are concerned, meaning you may not be able to claim a debit charge back (insurance compensation). They were able to tell me to whom the payment was made and where they are located. However, the company that actually takes the payment appears to be non trading but is registered in the UK, but that doesn't mean there is actually any physical tie up between the two companies. Consumer (Citizens) Advice couldn't really help, but have passed on the details to Trading Standards. We'll see. In the end, I went out on foot and went shopping the old way and bought a very similar piece in H Samuels!! Seriously, the price not too much different, I could touch the item and spoke with a very nice sales assistant! How old school is that? Be warned, the website looked very good, but I really don't know if anything exists. Still to be convinced. I will be happy if they prove me wrong!!!

Update, but not good news. I contacted Mutual Points, as the advertising mail came from them, but they say they will not get involved in disputes between members and advertisers.

Hmm, I feel poor customer services from them, too, now.

I meant to update this sooner, but I have been busy. I ended up getting a full refund from this company, but interestingly, the cheque came from the Midlands somewhere and not London, where they purport to be located.
