Should be careful to buy a diamond without a certificate or a diamond with a certificate unknown. Unfortunately, speaking from experience. Just worry about getting a certificate from GIA HRD IGI IGL - only stores that have these certificates can not trust them! (read more)

Please take a close look at these 2 IDENTICAL WEBSITES. www(dot)edl-labs(dot)com and www(dot)igl-labs(dot)com These sites are the SAME owner, IGL-labs(dot)com is done better, but its the SAME DESIGN, SAME CERTS... IGL-LABS is based out of Israel and I know for a FACT that ebay sellers OWN THE LAB and make their own certs! DO NOT BUY ANY "CERTIFIED" DIAMONDS FROM INTERNATIONAL GEMOLOGICAL LABORATORY OR EUROPEAN GEMOLOGICAL LABORATORY...SCAM!!! (read more)

The positive comments you read here, EDL writing on behalf impostors.
EDL posing as a lab, check the diamonds you buy with these certificates with major laboratories like GIA IGI HRD, I personally know the imposter, he is selling his diamonds certificates that prepares them himself.
This is a criminal act, prosecute him for fraud, they should be sent to prison, my friend bought a diamond with a certificate of EDL, I checked it at GIA, note the differences:
The findings of the EDL: Color: D Clarity: VVS2 proportions: 3 Excellent
The findings of the GIA: Color: H Clarity: SI1 proportions 3 GOOD
It's cheating, it's theft, it's a huge difference,, prosecute them to the hundreds of thousands, are a group of people from India.

confusing times with all these reviews, saw a lovely diamond bracelet and fell in love, bought it, it came with "EDL"? cert (although never asked for a certificate), had it chkd with another jeweller (after seeing the negative fraud reviews), quality matched up and better, the other jewellery quoted 30% more for the item with the same quality diamonds. First of all I would like to share my experience looking for diamond ring that will fit on my budget, I have done a ton of research on diamonds and I discovered that EDL is not only has very large diamond selection, but its also has the best diamond for the lowest price. I had been looking for the perfect engagement ring. I had purchased 1 carat Diamond Certified by EDL,. my co-worker who advice me to go for EDL was brilliant. I had to get it locally valued for insurance purposes and the Jeweller confirmed the diamond was exactly what I had purchased and worth considerably more than what I paid for it. I just wanted to drop you guys a line and tell you how happy I am with my diamond purchase. I got a 1.00 carat stone from EDL, and finally got it mounted, and it looks brilliant and I love the quality. Looks like a $10000 ring, but for less than half of that. just bought an EDL certified diamond ring after much research. its a nightmare buying a diamond, some say stick to GIA,IGI or HRD, some say it does not matter, some say EGL ok. we went to around 8 retailers in hatton garden and birmingham for the last 2 months for for the ideal pc to suit my budget. saw an "EDL" (never heard of them before) certified diamond in birmingham, and compared it to an IGI certified diamond in the same shop. me and other half could not make any difference after... I started out going shopping to Gold Souq for my mother’s Ring about 2 months ago.. I was getting so dejected because I could not find a ring that I want for my mom at a price that was actually affordable. Finding the perfect ring was quickly going from fun to super stressful,then my friends told me about the one store in Dubai ,They offered me to go along with EDL Certified Diamonds Ring, it is amazing ring at great prices!!! Im so happy!!

This comment was written by EDL fake rogue, there is no connection between the IGL International and the EDL, EDL copied the concept of Institute of Gemological IGL, IGL is a lab respected and world EDL is a Indian diamond merchant who was a customer of the IGL, and decided to make ratings for diamonds of his own, and con the people of England, be careful not recognized laboratories as EDL, go and check where it is and see that cheating and even jeweler

I dont even know what "institue of Gemological IGL" means, that is not even the company I am mentioning.
IGL-LABS, International Gemological Laboratory located in Israel has the SAME WEBSITE DESIGN(different colors), SAME WEBSITE FUNCTION, SAME WEBSITE WORDING, AND EXACTLY THE SAME CERTIFICATE DESIGNS!
