“Some of the best customer service ever...”

Long story short.... Diamond came loose from our engagement ring and we never noticed, after a BBQ one evening herself noticed that night that the diamond was gone from her ring, with dogs and kids and everything it could have happened anywhere and at any time.
We actually found the diamond the next day and contacted Diamond Manufacturers and couldn't have found a more helpful bunch. Refunded me my postage back to them, kept in constant phone contact and returned the item to us in Ireland in under a week. Ring came back brand new :) :)
