The delivery of the item was really fast, but unfortunately the gold was white instead of yellow. I have noticed that the yellow color was quite pale, but it was not until I ordered a custom made wedding band, I was told that the gold was actually white. I have panicked because everything was already paid for including my wedding band! We got back in touch and the problem was solved in 3 days including delivery, the ring was the right size, color and shape, and it fitted my wedding band perfectly. So I am happy with services I have been provided
