Paid online for my soon to be wedding ring

Clogau accepted my payment told me 2 -12 days delivery. 14 days later still no goods. Contacted Clogau and was advised product wasn't even due in to store for another week. I will receive the product after 4 weeks or I can cancel the order

At no point was I offered discount for Clogau keeping my money and not having the product advertised

Trading standards is my next step and based on the previous review regarding 1% gold and made in China will never buy from them again. Absolute cn artists

Just spoken to customer services and yes since 2005 you are buying less than1% Chinese manufactured gold!
