If you are familiar with the benefits of "Trust" in a relationship then you understand when Trust goes up the the speed of the transaction goes up and the "cost" go down. This was my experience in dealing with Bob's Watches. Within hours of visiting the staff I placed my trust in the deal and within a few days I sold my valuable watch and received more than planned. I just purchased my second Rolex from Bob's watches and let me tell you, when they describe a particular watch and show actual photos, they are the watch you will find at the store. Down to the minute surface marks it is the watch that I received. I will never purchase a Rolex from a retail store again! Period! Why would I? After retiring I found that I had three Rolex watches. I asked my son if he would want one and he could pick, his he replayed I never wear a watch so give it to some one else. very easy to deal with, paid by wire transfer the watch arrived next day, it is spottless it appears never to have been worn, I looked at 2 watches at local jewellers costing more than $1000 more , and they had nicks on the saphire crystal and the bezel. (read more)

The people at Bob's Watches were very friendly and helpful. The watch came promptly and was keeping time when I received it. The only concern I had was with the fact that there is no warranty with the watch because it is vintaqge. The staff at Bob's Watches is awesome. I bought a Rolex and I got my watch 2 days later. I called Bob's probably around 15 times total (was very nervous buying a Rolex over the internet). I spoke to 3 or 4 different people and they were all very nice to me and very understanding. The watch is in very good condition just like they told me it would be. Came with the original Rolex papers but no box unfortunately :[ I look forward to buying a President from Bob's in 5 or so years! (read more)
