“Well trained staff”

The staff at Bob's Watches is awesome. I bought a Rolex and I got my watch 2 days later. I called Bob's probably around 15 times total (was very nervous buying a Rolex over the internet). I spoke to 3 or 4 different people and they were all very nice to me and very understanding. The watch is in very good condition just like they told me it would be. Came with the original Rolex papers but no box unfortunately :[
I look forward to buying a President from Bob's in 5 or so years!
