I bought a gem (Topas) at Bello Jewels for 999,-$.
The result of german lab was: Only glass!
I have the gem sent back to the dealer.
First say Bello, there is no purchase receipt.
After that, several times Bello Jewels has promised a refund. Nothing happened. I'm still waiting for the refund.
