Went to the Bluewater store for both engagement ring and our wedding rings.

From the start, alba rose get everything right. Zero pressure sales. The staff are highly competent and incredibly helpful. While we chatted to one of the sales guys, without any prompting on of the sales girls got out some crayons and just sat on the floor of the shopwith our two year old doing some colouring with her, keeping her entertained, so we were free to concentrate on choosing rings.

That tells you everything you need to know about this company. They are friendly and helpful but in a genuine, natural way, not the false rather forced helpfulness you get in so many high Street shops.

Their knowledge of their product is superb. I got the impression the staff genuinely enjoy what they do and are enthusiastic about it.

My fiancee had a very clear idea in her mind of what she wanted, but found it hard to get into words. The guy sketched and re-sketched till he got exactly what she wanted, and was incredibly patient!

Once ordered, the online tracking is superb. You can see exactly what stage your order is at, even down to specific steps of the manufacturing process.

It was fun to check this each day for the latest update!

My ring had to be resized. No problem. Done promptly and free of charge. My fiancee's engagement ring was absolutely stunning.

Cost wise, alba rose is certainly not cheap, but it's a quality product. You could buy cheap tat elsewhere, but this is bespoke jewellery at an excellent price.

The whole process of designing your own jewellery and tracking its manufacturer online was actually really good fun.

Overall, one of the best companies I have done business with, and it was so nice to support a small independent british business!
