Received faulty HP refurbished cartridge. After short email exchange the cartridge was replaced but second one was also faulty. Tried in another (new) printer to prove it was cartridge, not printer. Reported but heard no more from Internet Ink. AVOID!

If you are having problems with the ink cartridges, I would re-contact the customer support team, either your email had problems or you didn't reply to say that the reset's hadn't worked. The support team will offer you an exchange or refund, or help you to get them working.
