Despite numerous attempts to contact the by phone and email, even including one phone call where I spoke to someone (Martin, who seems to be the proprietor) who promised to call me back in an hour, I have not been able to find out why my order, placed over a week ago has not be delivered. My credit card has been accessed, but it is not clear yet whether any money has been taken by the company.
