I ordered a heat press in August from Coralgraph, poor quality but satisfactory for my need, but slowly deteriorating. By December, it was completely unusable, so after failed attempts at calling them, I contacted technical support (only possible via email). It was very frustrating trying to communicate with them, English obviously isn't their first language, and it took a long time to get them to actually agree to a return, at one point they claimed the fault I was reporting was impossible!

After they had the machine back for 5 days, I had to email for an update, at which point they said they'd not even looked at it, but had sent me a replacement. Finally! At this point this had been going on for a month.

Unfortunately, the replacement didn't work AT ALL. After informing them of this, they said they had tested it prior to sending it, so they know it worked... Well it doesn't. I have been told that I must check the wiring before they will accept it back, even though by doing so, I would be voiding the warranty!!

They are rude on the telephone, very defensive, and LIE. They refuse to reimburse my for my return shipping costs on the first faulty item (both against their terms and conditions, and the sale of goods act!). After many emails, and one of them saying they refuse to "get into further dialogue" with me, they are now claiming they offered me a discount off my next order in a telephone conversation, to cover the return shipping cost. Not only is this a lie, but I will NOT be ordering from them again. And I have a very large, very expensive heat-press shaped paperweight.

Looks like I will have to proceed with small claims to get my money back, maybe they'll accept the faulty machine back then when they don't have my money any more!!
