Made a phone call, query about the delivery options, the call was answered after just one ring.
Query answered, after further questions placed the order on the phone.
Order placed 21/05/12 at 14:05 Hours.
BBQ delivered 22/05/12 at 14:55 Hours.
As promised next day delivery if ordered before 3 pm and no charge.
BBQ as ordered assembled and ready to go - result happiness.
Can’t fault this, the missus was well pleased.
