Tried to buy a Weber replacement burner for £35. Website said £35 and over post free but the site wanted to charge foir postage. Phoned and was told it only free for orders over £35. Wanted to add a grill brush, but no cheap ones available. On the phone they explained they had the wrong price on the site for the cheap ones, but they sorted it.

Then it was my turn to screw up. Discovered to my embarrassment nearly 4 weeks later I'd asked for the wrong burner. Correct one wasn't on the web site (why not?) so phoned. Brian was very helpful and replaced it by return.

All in all, excellent service, but could do with a bit more rigour on the site.
