I recently searched the internet for barbecue briquettes. I searched for a specific brand that are more expensive than the average brands available but good quality. WowBBQ had a fantastic site that was quick and easy to navigate.Their prices were very competitive with the added bonus of free delivery for purchases over £ 35.00. I placed my order quickly and easily online and the items were delivered at 8.30am the very next morning, less than 24hrs from placement of order. I also received emails confirming my order, my delivery time and then thanking me for my order. When I wrote to thank them for the excellent service, as we are generally quick to complain but slow to praise, I received a personal email from the Operations Manager acknowledging my feedback. All round excellent service and definitely worth recommending.
