Excellent tool but I paid more for the carriage (£4.95) than the tool ZM04 Handle £4.79. The packet only weighed 194 gm so in the end I would not buy again from "World of Wolf" even if they offer me £1 off the next order… Read Full Review

“Next day delivery my foot!”

Ordered a lawn mower & according to website, if I ordered before 3pm & paid the extra courier charge I would get it the next day. A couple of hours later I receive an text saying it will arrive in 4 days. If they couldn't deliver the next day, they shouldn't take the money! “Quality of service”

Goods excellent but service a bit lacking. My order miscarried and there was no response to an email. A phone call suggested I wait for 15 days which had already passed. I had to insist they' send me another . As cost including postage was £16 they were unwilling to risk that against serving me! Unimpressed… Read Full Review

“Slow Customer Service”

First package of tools did not arrive. Eventually a replacement package was sent, but firm took too long to deal with this problem - 6 weeks between initial order and final receipt of goods. “Delivery not as I requested”

Before ordering my hand garden- strimmer, I checked to see the delivery details. I proceeded because it stated first Class Royal Mail would be used and delivery would be in a few days. Alternative's were courier services, which I choose not to use because of the awful experiences I have had in the past. later the same day I receive a text from a courier service stating they will be delivering my item the next day. “Delay, delay, broken”

Ordered a mower. Promised for Tuesday. Arrived two weeks later (grass knee high by then) and was broken. Had to hang around for replacement (another week, grass waist high). Then hang around again for the carrier to collect the broken mower. Call centre staff were polite (ish) which is a plus. Oh, and WoW emails automatically trigger a subject line that starts with *** SPAM *** Your credit card has been ... which is hardly reassuring.
