Before ordering my hand garden- strimmer, I checked to see the delivery details. I proceeded because it stated first Class Royal Mail would be used and delivery would be in a few days. Alternative's were courier services, which I choose not to use because of the awful experiences I have had in the past. later the same day I receive a text from a courier service stating they will be delivering my item the next day. The cutter was received very quickly after placing my order - well done on that. It is a superb tool, easy to use and very robust. My only slightly negative comment is that it is OK to use at full extension if at an angle not less than about 60 degrees, Below that it becomes quite heavy to handle. Whilst most people probably do use it in an upright position, I have a steep bank dropping to a brook so it is necessary to use it in a horizontal position sometimes - quite tiring on the... “Heavy Duty Branch Loppers”

We sent for Branch Loppers to replace a set that had seen plenty of use over the last 15 years - for members of our Residents Association. We have 1200 homes in the Association and the Loppers are available to members on free loan, so we were delighted at the price, being almost half that of the local garden centre and because of this we were able to buy the deluxe version.
