I have been using the website for several years, and have made at least 2-3 online requests for information. I have found their replies just haven't been sent. The most recent occasion I emailed a question about a trimmer I'd purchased and still, 3 weeks later, haven't received any form of reply. I am most irritated by such incompetence. I won't be using the site again.
