I have been a satisfied Wolf customer for over thirty years. When my new A 34 E mower was delivered a week ago a small problem arose of which I informed Customer Services. Whilst the mower is working very efficiently a corner of the grass collector attachment broke off on the first day I used the mower. I wondered whether this part can be replaced. Having received no acknowledgement from Customer Services I resent the message – again, no reply. It seems that nobody wants to know about this.
