Having had last week's attachments delivered in quick time with an on-line order, I chanced my arm and ordered a WolfGarten Hand Push Cylinder Mower, this time over the telephone. Placing the order was a breeze, no problem, my experience of the attention from the customer service representative was second to none and a credit to all involved with this leading equipment provider organisation.
If I thought that it could get no better, then the delivery process was a revelation. My expectation was set by the delivery promises made by the logistics company DPD. Every step in the process was communicated clearly, with option if what they proposed was not acceptable. Never seen that before and boy does it give you a good feeling that you are being treated like a valued client, not just a number.
The item was delivered in double quick time with every step in the delivery process communicated culminating in a promised delivery date and time that was met in full. Never have I experienced such capital Service. Professional, Courteous and very much appreciated. All the links in the chain from order to delivery worked perfectly and I commend both organisations to anyone and everyone. You are top of my list of companies to deal with. Would that all equipment and logistics companies operated in this way. If there were an OSCAR for perfect customer service it would have to go to World of Wolf and DPD. Thank you very much and long may you prosper. You deserve to.
