World of Wolf has a standard landline phone number that
is answered quickly by people who quickly have an answer to questions. And with that number not being an 0844 or 0845 or similar number means you're on being ripped off by calling it. Other suppliers have those more expensive numbers. I'd give 5 stars but I had to phone to ask what the warranty was [for a soil tiller], as it was not mentioned on the website [tut! - it was on at least one other site]. Also, no indication was given on the site as to how deep the tiller tills to, but that was a problem on all the sites selling the same tiller. It's a bit cheaper down in Cornwall, and about the same price in Norwich, but they're a long way to go for me if I have bang on a door if there is a problem.
