I ordered a bed frame for my terminally ill father from this "store". The order was placed on 18th August for next day delivery. No delivery the next day or the day after.
I received a text message in the evening on 20th August telling me there had been a "dispatch problem" with my order and that it could not be delivered as planned. I replied to the text selecting a new delivery date (today 26th August).
My parents waited in all day for the delivery. It didn't come. We have received no contact and my three emails to the so called customer service team have gone unanswered. The company do not have a call centre or customer service team number. All one can do is complain in writing without knowing if anyone at World Stores will even bother to read it. Sad that at a time we should be enjoying our family we are battling to get a bed delivered for a very sick man. The owners and staff at this company should be ashamed... but i imagine they aren't in the slightest.
