We ordered a sofa (sofasworld) and it arrived the next day with damage on all sides!
We called the driver right away and they would not come and pick it up. We had to email in pictures to prove it was damaged.
They then called us back after a day of us calling them and emailing them and said they would arrange for the damaged one to be picked up and a new one delivered by two men this time as first time one man and dumped it in our drive. my wife is 40 weeks pregnant also so has had to sit on the floor!
next day another person calls "is Monday ok for delivery" i said no it was already arranged to be the next day he said oh i will call back once checked out. Guess what no call and still no sofa!!!
I am so annoyed with these guys there after sales is shocking, i know they are cheap but please don't buy from these guys.
