I orders some home office furniture on the phone. Careful discussion - all items in stock and marked for next day delivery.

Waited at home - called about midday to see where delivery was. "Oh sorry its not in stock!" How can this be I ordered on the phone.

4 days later - "we are still waiting delivery"

I cancelled.

In a nutshell they claim items in stock that are not - its all lies.
