I love that they're really helpful when you go down to meet them - I filled my basket online then discovered they were only 25 minutes away from me, so rather than paying for delivery and waiting for the post man to bring the parcel, it was quicker and cheaper to go down to them. When i couldn't find what i was after the staff pointed me in the right direction and gave me a tonne of help. (read more)

My husband is a big garden fanatic and has bought up all of their discounted stock in time for spring next year - it must have taken a while for them to fill the box but somehow they got it out the same day and gave us next day delivery - excellent store. (read more)

After ordering a Bosch cordless sander on the 16th, I got the package the very next day, mid morning on the 17th! I didn't have to pay for next day delivery and still got the service, so saved the £2 extra delivery charge. Very pleased with the speed they work, well done! (read more)
