I recently placed an order for radiator parts, West Radiators were the only company that had what I wanted and I could clearly see the items were in stock at the time of ordering. I placed the order which I received in double quick time, I was also kept informed via email every step of the way so that I knew where things were up to. This definitely helps you feel more confident about where you are buying from, that says a lot these days. All in all I would definitely use them again and can recommend them to anyone looking for parts.

Bought a shower curtain rail, nice rail just the right size for my shower. I asked them how it should be  mounted as no instructions or fixings screws were supplied. Initially I was told to contact my local hardware store for advise of how to install (as it's wall and not ceiling mount I was a bit worried about how sound this would be) the local hardware store were not very forthcoming with this information so I called back and was contacted soon after by the manufacturer who was very helpfull with his advise. So now I have a nice shiny chrome shower rail and am happy!

This is the second electric towel rail element and have found them to be accurate in operation and use as described. they are simple to install as is stated in the instructions. These have been used to convert existing towel rails from a wet central heating system to electric. Simple effective. Thanks. I just wish that the element had a white cable and not a grey one!

We purchased beautiful rad valves to complement a new radiator. Valves excellent quality and our plumber couldnt believe the price we paid. Delivery was really quick too.

There was a good choice of valvers available and the quality is very good. I ordered at the weekend and delivery was made on Tuesday within the 1 hour timeslot offered by DPD.
