Yet again an order is stuck in the ParcelFarce National hub.
Should have been delivered today and still no show, so now tomorrows work is delayed costing my small business time and money.
This is happening far to often to be a coincidence. Damaged items/packages, missing packages, late deliveries.
ParcelFarces 24hr service means nothing to them, had parcels take a week!
As a small business these delays and incidents cost me time and money.
Toolstation please listen to us, please please please please please change your courier before we all head for the hills and find another supplier with a reliable delivery network.
