I placed an order for a pair of Scruffs boots which were listed as 'in stock' I then receive an email telling me they have been discontinued ? ( thought they were in stock ) After asking for a refund I'm still sat here 16 days after receiving my payment still no payment and when I send an email am told it's not even been processed yet ?? I would like to think I would receive interest on my refund, but then realised as much as that's not going to happen, nobody will read this anyway because who wants to publish there faults online. Be vary wary even if it says ' in stock '

We always do our best to ensure our system is 100% correct however some items are manually updated which means human error can occur occasionally.
