Thank you for your review. Could you please give us your order number? We are sorry if you had trouble getting through to us our phone have been very busy. All our emails have responded to within 1 working day with the exception of a Saturday and Sunday when we are closed.

Could you please advise which email you contacted us on? If you could please give us your order details and email us.
