I ordered some sash cramps, and got a quick response to inform me of a short delay in dispatch due to an item not in stock. The delivery was up rated to next day (although it took a couple of days due to the weekend!). The cramps were well packed , hence undamaged.
Communication between the company and myself was quick and informative and overall I am very satisfied with the transaction. Meaning that I will certainly be ordering again from this company.
