I ordered a product online from tool net and went through the payment process and payed the full amount for the product and delivery cost.I then received a email following day telling me to pay extra for delivery due to the weight of the product or they will not send it to me.I asked if they would refund me as i was no longer getting a good deal.I was told that would be ok and will take 3 to 5 days.Its now been 21 days and i still havnt had my refund.This is not acceptable and there is no excuse.I am starting up a new busy and that product is extremely important and there stopping me from getting it from somewhere else.i will never use the company again!!!
